Pressure Cleaning

Pressure cleaning is a crucial stage in preparing the exterior of your home for painting. It is more effective than hand washing, removes dirt, chalk, and up to 80% of peeling paint to ensure the proper adhesion of new paint. Pressure cleaning every 2-3 years will also help to extend the life of your paint job, saving you both time and money in not having to paint your home as often. Fine Paints of Europe

Fine Paints of Europe is a high quality oil-based paint, which is imported directly from the manufacturer in Holland. It is used extensively in Europe by painting professionals and is now becoming more popular in the United States. Unequalled in its ability to provide maximum protection and depth of color, the brilliant high gloss finish is also extremely durable, and once dry, possesses a porcelain-like quality. We introduced the Fine Paints of Europe to this area and have been using it to transform front entrances, front doors and exterior shutters with exceptional results.

 

Latex Surface Conditioner for Stucco

Many masonry paint failures occur because standard latex paints are unable to penetrate and bind to chalky, powdery, or porous surfaces such as weathered stucco or concrete. Latex Surface Conditioner is a penetrating primer/sealer designed to provide a proper adhesive surface for the application of exterior paint to stucco and cured concrete that has become moderately powdery or chalky. Heavy chalking and powdering will require additional surface preparation beforehand, but should also be followed with a coating of Latex Surface Conditioner to ensure maximum paint performance.

 

Acra-Lastic Coating for Stucco

Acra-Lastic is a heavy duty elastomeric coating designed to weatherproof and beautify masonry surfaces. Its performance far exceeds that of conventional paints due to its excellent filling and sealing qualities combined with outstanding flexibility and adhesion. This results in an exceptionally long lasting coating that hides surface imperfections, resists the penetration of water, and is able to expand and contract without cracking or flaking. In addition, it is also chalk resistant, allows moisture to escape without blistering, and possesses excellent color retention.

 

Rust-O-Lastic Acrylic (DTM)

Rust-O-Lastic is a quick dry coating formulated to protect metal surfaces and adheres excellently to steel, previously painted glossy surfaces, and aluminum siding. After curing, it provides superior color and gloss retention and is highly resistant to corrosion.

 

Burning

Burning allows for the complete removal of peeling paint, providing a clean and level surface for better adhesion of new paint. Applying a new coat of paint to a smooth and uniform surface will provide a longer lasting and superior looking finished product while also preventing future paint failure.

AZEK Trim

AZEK Trim is the highest performing wood replacement product available. Manufactured using breakthrough technology, this low maintenance option can be used for replacing rotted trim on your home, and is resistant to moisture, rot, and insects. With a density comparable to pine (with greater flexibility), AZEK conforms more easily to uneven surfaces and can be cut and installed in the same manner as traditional wood trim. All AZEK Trim is produced in a matte white finish, has excellent paint adhesion, and can be painted over one hundred colors, including colors such as dark grays, deep greens and chocolate browns.
